Alpha Bot Update We’ve updated ticket, application interview, review, giveaway, and announcement modals to respond faster when submitted. This addresses the Unknown interaction error caused when a modal takes too long to respond. Please let us know if you still see the error after updating, and include the full error log so we can identify which interaction caused it.
Alpha Bot Update: Interaction Fixes
We’ve released an update for several modal forms that could trigger Discord’s Unknown interaction error when processing took too long.
Ticket creation, interview scheduling, reviews, giveaways, and announcements now acknowledge modal submissions before continuing with channel, message, or database work. We also improved the error handler so it responds correctly when an interaction has already been acknowledged.
The separate Unknown interaction error reported for announcement buttons points to a different handler and is still being investigated. If you encounter that error or another interaction issue after updating, please send us the full error log, including the file and line number.
