Refund Policy

1. Digital Hosted Service

Alpha Bot is a hosted digital Discord bot service. Access is delivered electronically through Discord and the Alpha Bot dashboard.

2. Subscription Purchases

Subscription payments provide access for the selected billing period and server license count.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if the service cannot be activated, a duplicate purchase was made by mistake, or a billing issue occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided after successful activation and use of the service, for failure to read the product description, or for issues caused by incorrect Discord permissions or customer-side setup.

5. Lifetime Purchases

Lifetime purchases apply to one Discord server only and are generally non-refundable after activation.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or removal of Alpha Bot access until the issue is resolved.
