1. Service Overview

Alpha Bot is a hosted Discord bot platform provided by Alpha Development. By using Alpha Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Alpha Bot is sold as a hosted subscription service. Plans may cover one or multiple Discord servers depending on the package purchased.

Lifetime access applies to one Discord server only unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not use Alpha Bot for harassment, spam, illegal activity, abuse, platform manipulation, or violations of Discord’s Terms of Service.

We work to keep Alpha Bot online and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Alpha Bot may receive updates, changes, feature additions, feature removals, bug fixes, and security improvements over time.

Access may be suspended or removed if the service is abused, payment is disputed, or these terms are violated.
